I've had some duck hunters blasting away while fishing PVR as well. I guess it's legal? Kind of unnerving when it seems like the blasts are right over your head. Great looking trout! going up 1/17/14

The hunter rolled right in front of me on his kayak then started blasting the ducks ,I think he was a DWP guy cause he came out with the kayak sticking out of a pickup truck there the only ones driving on that road besides dfg or appears trucks

Yep- been MIA- But I'm back. I was diagnosed with the hated "c" word, went through treatment, surgery, reconstruction- etc. I haven't been out for about a year. In fact, I was thinking I have to go and pick up a license :) I'm better now. Ready to get my line wet :) thanks for asking...

GREAT to hear!!! Hopefully it's a smooth road ahead. Lookin forward to getting out myself. Since I'm up in Northern Nevada ... the nearby Sierras are of course closed ... and Irvine and others are too far ... so ... I read all the other success stories. How I wish I could make a few of the Team 57 events. I'm guessing they discontinued the South Lake fun
