Hit the lake up today flinging Roostertails and other spinner type lures as I walked the shore line, no luck at all and only seen about five fishermen and no boats on the water at all but it was just to be there on the lake...Weeds are down too.

Hit the lake up today flinging Roostertails and other spinner type lures as I walked the shore line, no luck at all and only seen about five fishermen and no boats on the water at all but it was just to be there on the lake...Weeds are down too.
I know they are supposed to stock this week, but I believe the last time they stocked was on a friday.
How was the water level?
Last time I was there it was the lowest I've ever seen... Has the rain helped out a bit?

It's getting better. Been there a few times in the last 2 weeks. Caught 10 on stocking day two weeks ago and caught 4 a few days ago. You really just have to find the fish shallow along the shoreline and they'll bite on jigs.
