2nd trip to delta

Went back to delta again launched same place Buckley cove marina in Stockton perfect weather and this time no weeds. For first hour we worked top water for only one fish 21 inches. So set off on troll headed for the big schools of fish I saw last week it's about 7 miles away instead of running full speed to the spot we trolled the whole way picking of fish Every couple min the whole way. On our way we come across a running pipe so we stopped and threw LC128 and we both picked off about 7-8 fish each 16-21 inch.

The bite died once the sea lion moved in so we went back to the troll. Once we got to the spot were I had great succeed last week the drags started ripping it was quality fish after quality fish. I found that if I ran the rigs in 15-18 feet of water and 150 feet back pretty much right at the bottom some time even bumping the bottom had best results.
