New Wild Mountain Trout Fishing Video and Report
Made the long, long hike to my favorite SoCal trout stream this week.
Wasn't too interested in doing heavy fishing, I really just wanted to see how the stream had weathered the dry summer we had.
Fortunately, it was running nicely and trout were still spread out, although slightly smaller than in the past.
I didn't hike up as far as usual, perhaps the larger models were holding in farther pools.

I don't know what the future holds for this creek but I hope we have better precipitation this year!
