You are right Cory but there is a guy on multiple fishing websites that gives away hundreds if not thousands of pounds of fish every year and has donated hundreds of pounds of Tuna to homeless shelters ? Some folks don't get out that often and keeping a few rats is no big deal. Feed those homeless S O S not fresh tuna.
S.O.S. (Korean era - U.S. ARMY Style)
INGREDIENTS:
1 Lb 85% Lean Ground Beef.
3 Tbs Flour.
1 Cup Beef Broth
2 Cups Milk.
1 Tsp Worchestershire Sauce.
1/4 Tsp Nutmeg.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a skillet brown the meat, drain and discard grease.
Stir in the flour blending completely with the meat.
Stir in the beef broth.
Add the milk, cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly.
Stir in the Worchestershire sauce, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Simmer and stir for 3 - 5 minutes, or until thickened.
Serve on and over toast slices or biscuit.
