Ok two questions:
1. I couldn't find the size chart of the hot spot fins online so I wonder what is the medium size for men? up to 9.5 or 10?
2. Can you be more specific with your location? SoCal is pretty big in my opinion.

Yes - I can't find anything online either. My foot is a 10.5 EE and fits perfect into the fins with bare feet. When you consider wader feet and boots - they are too small. I would think if you are a size 9 1/2 or smaller they would work. Or if you are planning on using them with just waders and not boots - no problem.
I live near Puddingstone but travel frequently throughout the southland for work. PM me if you want to set something up to check them out.
