Quick jetty report (late) with pics - 9/11/07

A buddy of mine was dying to go out fishing so we hit the jetty tues from 7:30 to 10:00pm.
A week earlier, he went out of Davey's for a twilite and got skunked.

I got 2 - 14" bass & a 10" sculpin and my buddy got his first ever black perch at 11".
He also got a small sngf, bass and sargo.

Before my second bass, I had on something HUGE! (8lb test)
The biggest something yet off that jetty. I'm guessing (hoping!) a HUGE sculpin or bass?
lol, Anyway, BIG time bendo.
But I messed up and got too excited, cranking that sucker in! Whob, wub, rub and SNAP. $%#@$

What a 10sec rush though! ;)













I tossed the sculpin cuz my other line went bendo so I don't have a pic.
Everything was released 'cept the 2 bass!! Delicious!

Looks like you guys had some nice actuion out there. I had to stand on my head to view the pics though. :lol: The fish are all upside down.

It was fun FOM! Would have been better if my buddy brought up his own keeper bass though! lol

But we always share our catch when possible.
