If treyvon had a gun with him the night he was shot, would have he been able to shoot and possibly kill zimmerman and then use the stand your ground law?

I'm not an expert but common sense would dictate he could try but its not the same being the visitor and standing your ground vs being at home and doing the same.
And the fact the jury and all evidence points to Treyvon being the aggressor and being on top of Zimmerman negates the argument.
But it wasn't used so what's your point?
This is getting ridiculous!

my question is because of all the i support stand your ground laws posts coming from facebook lately and i wonder if people actually believe in stand your ground or not? zimmerman was the person following treyvon even after the police told him no too. I dont believe because treyvon was winning a fight makes him the aggressor. My point was the question i origonally asked If treyvon had a gun with him the night he was shot, would have he been able to shoot and possibly kill zimmerman and then use the same stand your ground law? I never said the stand your grand law defense was used.
(1st) If tray had a gun he would still be in jail serving a life sentence(2nd) if zim was scared why would you go towards the person your scared of (3rd ) how are you going to be scared with a gun in your hand (4th) racial profiling is stupid why in this day and time do we still do dumb things like that not everyone in the inner city is up to no good let's change your minds that old way of thinking makes no sense(5th) what grown man is scared of a little boy

There's no fooling you, eh?
Heh, more race baiting. Just waiting for the follow up report, "Criminals benefit from Florida ‘Stand Your Ground’ law".
Scott is an racially motivated example people use to cry racism. Oh the irony....
