How's it going guys, I was wondering if anyone could give me some info on fishing the long beach harbor (Launching areas, regs/laws). Any info would help.
    Thanks and tight lines!

It's legal in most areas except near container/cruise/oil terminals.
Here is a good inside the bay spot to try it out, free street parking and a hose to wash off.

Watch the wind and currents so that your kick back won't be too hard.

There is many places to go. Depends on if you want docks, rocks or sand. Some guys tube Cherry to Los Al wall. Seen guys go off the rocks by the Queen Mary public fishing area. Cabrillo is another spot.
