    Nice reel... one of our Brothers also uses a Van Staal and loves it (SP Dan).
    Did you get another bait caster to replace the one that you returned? Or you're just going to stick with the Luna?

    Thanks Arthur. Sticking with the Luna for now, it's never let me down and has held up to everything thrown at it. I might pick up a Pluton but not sure yet. I switch between spinning and casting gear quite a bit, just depends on what I want to use one day to the next.

    Thank you. Wife said she would buy me a black Van Staal for fathers day. I am trying to justify having two of them now. The one I am using seems bullet proof.
