    Couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day. Clouds yah, but the water was glass with no wind and kinda warm. Fishing was just the same as it has been. Managed to scratch up 2 stripers. Deep, deep is the way now. I found a few schools and trolled through them for nada. Very tough bite even when you find 'em. Trolled ramp 2 area with roostertails looking for trout.... no go. Just slow all around still.

    try the east end, Pat. Sometimes I would troll back there in this kind of weather and get both kinds in less than 10' of water. 2 to 2.5" lures were the key...
