Thread: Silverwood from a float tube 1/8/13

  1. #1

Default Silverwood from a float tube 1/8/13

I got there at 8am and Fished till 1pm (miller canyon side and Marina) and hooked up on one small 13" trout all day. I went there for stripper but the Fish there still very deep.
Talked to 7-8 boaters and only one boat caught 1 trout. The shore fisherman I talk to all skunked. Nice day with nothing awesome to report! I was so close to heading
over to the duct after. Now I'm wishing I had

Pic of my set up since I have no fish to show off

It was just one of those days today but I wasn't the only one. Last time I was there I caught 8 trout within an hr right after hitting the dam area fishing for
stripper. Caught 1, 17" released it for another day.

Sorry to hear, but the 1 catch is better than none. Real nice set up on the tube! Nice!

These low pressure systems rolling through are really making things interesting. Nice rig you have there.
