laguna niguel or irvine

i was planning on going trout fishing , after i come back from florida , im slaying the bass in my grandfathers backyard pond on the spinners and plastic lizards. what will be my best bet ? might get a boat . thanks !

Normally, I would say Laguna Niguel, but the fishing there lately has been bad since they have not been stocking the lake per their usual schedule and the fish holding in many unfishable areas (if fishing from shore).

I am unfamiliar with Irvine, but I know they stock on Thursdays.

LNL is stating they will be stocking this Thursday, but they also said they were stock on tuesday (didn't), Wed (didn't) so I don't know what to believe from them anymore.

I would definatly hit Irvine! They stock 5,000# each week and post the videos on here to show it! Good luck and give us a report when you get back!
