Default Skinner striper killfest guide trip thurs eric-dave wreck mr stripey

eric contacted me for a day of striper fishing for him and dave ,they wanted to elivate there striper killing and do some downrigger action ,to see how its supposed to happen. we met up at opening got there gear in the boat had a minor problem with one of the dr's dave handled that , we talked to matt for a second then the search begain. we hit the shallows first ,hunting bait and active schools all the shallow fish were phantom fish that we did not meter but they saw the lures and we got hooked up eric got a double hookup right out of the gate then him and dave took turns on scattered fish. as they day wore on we worked the deep till we found the schools then it went off, the guys ended the day with 6 or 7 double hook ups the stripeys died the boys hit there limits so it was time to get off the water so they could clean there fish in the day light and pack it up for home. thank you eric and dave for the fun and buisness,,,,,bob,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,it was nice seeing you cory MRHARDCORE,,,,,,,,,,,,,,and you too matt,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,T/O,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,the shads the stripers were gorging on were 5 to 6 inches full grown adult shads

Nice job Bob. Skinner? Didn't know you did that lake. If Stripey is in it, you are going to help depopulate it. Slay on dude...

It was a tough bite at Skinner on the 20th, but Bob did it again. Bob does not give up. He work's hard to the last minute. He is always one of the last boats off the water. Just like when I fished with him, his clients Eric and Dave had huge smiles on there faces as they were cleaning there stripers. Bob is such a nice guy he was giving me information on where and how he got the stipers to go. I got 6 small stipers that day, 3 of them coming on the unbrella rig that Bob taught me a couple of years back. Fishing with TO is a great day, and if you like learning about fishing and joking and eating and catching give this old fart a try. Thank you Bob.

p.s I have a short video of Eric and Dave I will post soon. Sorry it's not on this thread but I'm fishing San Diego Bay tomorrow for Bonefish.
