    You all got it wrong,,,,,,,,,,you see when bob was born he instinctively new that his index finger would be needed constantly for building U rigs,,,soooo when he gestures in that way he,s just SUBSTITUTING that finger for his index finger and saying that he,s going to eradicate the striper population 1 striper at a time,,,,,,,THATS all !
