Default Does DVL allow Hobie Pro Anglers?

I know they dont allow SOT kayaks, only Sit ins, but I heard that the pro angler really isnt considered a sit on top and it is almost borderline "a boat". Anyone know if they allow it? Are you able to seal the scupper holes so that its no self bailing?

No they don't, but I have seen a video on you tube of a guy with one out on Skinner, he told me on there that some inspector at Skinner was pretty lax with the rules, but he never was allowed to take it out at DVL
