As well as a noted price drop in prostitution rates.

In a non related story a Mexican Panga just came up on the rocks in Palos Verdes near Rat Beach.
About 25' with twin Yamaha's (maybe). Another 100' north and it would have hit the sand in Torrance.
Lots of cops, feds, lifeguards, choppers. The lifeguards turned it then they towed it out, probably going to King Harbor.

It had about a dozen 3' x 3' bales of weed wrapped in plastic and duct taped.
Didn't see anybody in custody. The bales were in plain view.

They should put a memorial sign up for the event.
