Cutbait will be checking coolers for Crappie contraband due to recent events, so make sure those coolers are clean and dry
Last event I made coffee for all and couldn't pawn off a single cup, so I'll leave it at home. I hear that glow stick liquid is energy packed in a pinch, though.

If they are available, I imagine you still need to get the lights, and it can be a bit awkward trying to hook those things up to something the first time. I'd call or whatever and find out quick, if this is your plan, so you can find an easy solution.
if they do i have lights u can use they just clamp on and run on AAA battery
idk if ill be able to go...i wish it was an all night deal
