    Default Sierra Waters: Regulation on float tubes, kayaks, inflatable boats...

    Curios. Lots of various small to medium sized lakes in the Sierras as I hike. What are the regulations for putting an inflatable watercraft there such as a float tube, kayak or maybe even a small inflatable pontoon? Any of these can be easily hiked in and I am curious.

    I am not aware of any body of water up here that is open to fishing on which floats tubes or kayaks are not permitted.
