Default Float Tubing on the Ocean

Would a tube such as the Fish Cat 4 work on the ocean, or would it be a suicide mission.

In Long Beach, about 1/2 mile from the Queen Mary. There is an area with lots of rocks and beach. It's by where they had the AVP TOurney.

The only reason i thought it would be a problem is because of the salt.

Yeah, I figured afterward a nice hosing down would work. I gotta start selling stuff so I can buy my Fish Cat!
