Paddy hopping - last two weeks

Took my boat out paddy fishing 3 times over the last two weeks. First trip was solo out of SD for 2 dorado and 2 YT. Next was also SD with my girlfriend and we got 2 small yellows. Last trip was thursday out of Newport with my daughter and we got only 1 dorado although we saw at least 50. The bite has been getting tougher with all the boat traffic. Hopefully some yellowfin will move in before the summer ends.

Good to see ya get out and show us there are fish to be caught.

I can only image the boat counts this weekend. Maybe the fish will come up my way to get away from it all. LOL

Glad you hooked up Jeff. I'm thinking this south swell is going to push more warm water up and
bust up the kelp on the islands. Wed to Fri could be good ? Time will tell.
