Rancho Santa Margarita? I thought it was private? They allow bowfishing? Are there a lot of carp in the shallows there?

I went to Elsinore this past weekend and there were Thousands of them 5' off the shoreline. You could kill 20 of them a day and it wouldn't put a dent in the population.

Sweet. I haven't been to Elsinore in a month or two. I may have to check it out.

You may also want to check out my neighbor's yard.

He has a rooster that annoys the ***** out of me at 5 am every day.

I hear chicken tastes better than carp anyway.

You know they make this new chicken feed that prevents roosters from crowing, right?

lol, there's no one that really patrols it. There's no specific rules on how you can fish there. U could even use a throw net if u felt like it. Fishing sucks cause there's only carp in the shallows eating all the eggs. I wouldn't question someone who's holding a bow....lol
