    Default Panfish Help

I fish for Bass all the time, but i was wanting to catch some of these panfish I see on my fishfinder in deeper water. Any tips on catching some of these. Maybe lures or worms? How to rig? I have caught them in the shallows from shore with a bobber , but thats it. I want to take my daughter out to catch some of these fun fish. Any help would be appreciated.

Since you've said you are familar with the bobber set up, I will skip that, as for me I like jig fishing best, try colors that mimic shad, like silver, white, grey, all with sparkles. Drop shotted Power worms (natural color)has been working too. Using meal worms on the drop shot works as well. Kelster kills em on the Super Duper. What ever you use, I would recommend using good 2lb line, like Izor or Maxima. Good luck to ya.
