I always wanted to fish Pyramid from the shore for stripers. Im going to be fishing them with bait, and just wondering if I should wait till the water warms up or it doesnt matter and they will bite right now?

Friday looks nice that's when I would Reccomend to go 4 days of continuous hot weather which is the favorite temp for stripes
But water temp is still low!!!
You willl have better chance with trout now.

Try for trout for sure,you have a better chance,but if you a 2nd rod license cast one for striper,never know.
