I should be able to make this unless I'm moving that weekend. On a side note how many slabs should I plan on cooking?
My smoker can only hold around 12 slabs of baby backs.

Also is there anyone gonna hang out at the cooking area? I would like to setup my smoker and let it run while i'm fishing since it's fully automated and computer controlled ;)
