Open the zipper up and try to pull the bag more towards the not pointy end.
You'll get it. It's tricky but you can get the kinks out.

TJ is right. I had the problem with the wrinkles around the valves yesterday too. Did what TJ just mentioned, laid the tube flat on the ground before inflating it and it seemed to do the trick.
Grab the tube by the 2 black ends, pick it up in the air (front pointing down) and shake it a few times. The bladders will slide back up to the front and your wrinkles will be gone. Obviously, do this when your tube is deflated.
