    Alright, got my reel. I'm really liking it. Haven't spooled it yet, but it's a good fit for my rod and it looks pretty slick. Here's some pics for anyone interested in the reel:

    Very nice looking reel! So what are you targeting out there in thailand beside some boom boom and some more boom boom?

    Definitely lots of boom boom! I actually don't know what I'll be fishing for with this setup. Seems like most of the saltwater fishing is either bottom fishing or live bait fishing for the larger varieties. I know there's gotta be some type of fish I can throw some artificials at.
