    9 Ft Penn Graphite composite spinning rod model Master Spectra, Line Rec: 10-25 LB, Lure weight 1-3 ounces. Reel is a Penn Master 270 with 5 ball-bearing gear ration 4.6:1 The Rod & Reel combo are in exceptional shape and used only a few time locally.
