Lake mead info needed

I've been invited to lake mead later in the month and was wondering-

How's the fishing? (I will be in a boat)
Do I need something more than a california fishing license?

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

I guess nobody fishes this lake or it's a secret,
anyway, we metered a lot of fish and trolled/casted lures caught some strypes and had a lot of fun.

Lake Mead is the biggest Man Made Lake in the US and if I'm correct you need a dual license for Arizona & Nevada. I've yet to go but have looked into it a couple times while in Vegas. Thats awesome you did well, I will be making a Vegas run pretty soon so I definitely want to hit the lake for a Fishin Session!
