    I answered sunfish because walleye wasn't an option. Yeah, dredge fillets in Shank 'n Bake, fry and eat with tater tots... mmmmmm.

    funny how rainbow trout has the most votes but yet i could go the rest of my life not eating trout and i would be fine.

    I can't eat freshwater fish. I've tried catfish twice and I didn't care for it. Trout tastes like algae. I throw everything back. Now I fish mostly saltwater and throw everything back as well with the exception of legal sized halibuts.
