    I like the taste of a high Sierra cold water trout but the bones. AAAAK! I've eaten a thousand over the years and there is no way to get all the bones out. If I get one in my mouth I'm done eating. So I'd say Striper. BBQ, battered and fried, Ceviche.

    I'm a blue gill guy. Shake it in a bag with cornmeal, a little Cajun spice and drop the fillets in 360 degree oil. I make tartar sauce with a dash of yellow mustard in it and I'm set.

    Catfish cooked in coconut milk. With ginger, some chilis, and some malunggay. The best with rice!
