From what I understand the DFG were out doing some enforcing after being called out by the lifeguards. There was a guy fishing under the bridge, on the wetlands side. From what I gathered by the lookeyloos, the lifeguards told him repeatedly it was a "No Fishing Zone" and he continued to fish. He was required to release the fish he caught and he escaped being ticketed and he was required to leave.
ive been fishing there for a long time and rarely go under the bridge, i was told by a few local anglers that you can fish under the bridge aslong as you dont go past the last pillar. but thats not "offical" lol.
Vanillaguarilla, sorry man. I did not mean to imply it was you or anyone on the forum. Sorry if I gave you or anyone else the wrong idea; I was just stating what happened. It's obvious the people on the forum can read (signs were posted)- you're a smart one :)
