surf fishing first time.
We went surf fishing on july 26th SoCalB3AST and our friend Chris we were fishing Ventura by pier we got some bat rays and some sand shark i think. the bat rays are fighter that's for sure was an awesome day. will add pics.

Looks like you had a decent day fishing the surf. The bat rays definatley fight well. Thanks for the report and pics.
Bat rays will work ya out for sure......You commented that it was an AWESOME day. It doesn't get better than that!

Beautiful photos. Looks like you guys had a great time out there- and you were prepared! I wish my shore surfing went as good as yours; instead, it like an episode of 'I Love Lucy!' :) but fun!
