Instead of buying bait aerators, purchase some Emergency Aquarium pumps!

Many of them run on two D-cells, and cost LESS! A few I saw were in the 9-dollar range! usually they have 30 hours of aeration time before the batteries need to be replaced.

Or if your on a boat with 12volt power, you can get a cheap 12v/120v adapter and use a fish tank air pump to really bubble a bucket!
