Fishing Aboard the Native Sun Twilight Trip 7/23/11
Fishing was pretty good. My group of 11 people caught 54 sand bass. Their is live anchovies on the boat but i recommend gulp jerk shad, gulp shrimp, and gulp squid. All of the tiny ones with the nuclear chicken thing on them. Caught 4 fish on jerk shad all keepers and 2 on shrimp 1 on squid. Only one caught on anchovies. Overall it was a great trip. Crew was very helpful and the captain put us on the fish! By the way bring some lures. People are catching barracuda by throwing out iron. Also buy some frozen squid, i got a feeling the bass want that including the occasional little bat ray and sand dab.
