Terryaki (place fish here) Recipe
I was just messing around and came up with a pretty good recipe for any type of fish you feel like eating.
Preheat oven to 325
Cover bottom of a baking pan with sesame oil
Cut up half an onion into half or whole rings
Place fish filet skin down in the oil
Rub filets thouroughly with ginger
Place onions on and around the fish
Lightly coat filets with terryaki sauce
Sprinkle top with sesame seeds
Cover pan with foil and place in oven for 15-20 minutes
Best served with brown long-grain rice and string beans
