I love the ocean but unfortunately I do not get out to fish the ocean that much. I have a bass boat and i am really all about the Vine right now. I just wished their was more coves with shade like Castaic. But as far as the fishing goes... Man O Man is their alot of fish in Irvine lake.

I have heard from a couple of friends about the fish at Irvine. 4th of July weekend I went to lake Tahoe and caught some decent Mackinaw. It is beautiful there! Heading back in August. I am going to check out Irvine possibly this weekend. Thanks for the tip!
