    Default Island report 06/06-06/08

    short report I'm trying to type up in between work






    Jeff called me up the week before saying we got good weather and the sea bass may be on the chew.
    I say I'm down! Lets take the Keilani for her first island trip of the season!

    He asks me what days I got off. I told him I got Monday-Wednesday.
    "Well then, lets get 2 day DFG permits!"
    I tell him I'm down like a clown!, Charlie brown! and the plan is set in motion

    Day finally comes and we take off Monday for the island.

    Took us a while to find em on day 1, but when we found em, they were hungry and they were right there where we left them the next day too. Left em biting too! We were pretty much the only boat there, another boat pulled in as we left, but we pretty much had the whole side to ourselves
