    Default Beef as bait?

Hey guys, have any of you tried using beef as bait? It seems like it would work really well, cus its so bloody. I might try it a bit when i go to the pier again. Might be really good for sharks..

It might work. My friend caught a large sheephead with a piece of pork from his vietnamese sandwich.

You will catch mackerel. Those slimey suckers will eat anything. We even caught one with a chocolate chip!

We used to use beef heart cut into chuncks or into worm sized strips. I always worked really good. We used to feed it to our aquarium fish too. It bleeds out really fast though. If you don't get bit in the first 20 minutes or so, you need to change the bait.
