StateFarm -- Like a good neighbor ! 5-14-11

What up folks! Just wanted to toss up a quick report for folks to read.
Had partied the night before so now im heading to the lake late,and hung over.
Grabbed the gear hit 7-11 in Casatic and continued to Pyramid Lake.Hit the rock area(rip rap) to enjoy the winds and party cloudy skys.No one was on shore? I thought to myself
there must be a reason.The wind? Well I have learned to fish with the wind.Just bring more beer....lol
So I brought out one pole,trout pole.And the second pole,cat or striper.Set up with
night crawlers and chovies.About 3 minutes after casting I get slammed.......!!
Bait n Rape ! Half way drunk,wind blowing,and im walking on rocks.Not a good combo.
I didnt feel like rebaiting so I was like fugg it.
After about an hour n 30 minutes the boredum kicked it.So when I decide to really fish instead of being the lazy fisherman that I am,I can catch fish believe it or not

Pulled in both my lines with no baits on neither.I was fishing on credit(Trolly)
So I baited a 3/4 piece of chovie one line,and small piece of chovie 4lb test line.
Light line was the way to go and I set up my poles so every lil wind detail that came through didnt shake my pole like I was having a bite. These lil schoolies are quick.
So I had to set the brew down,and punk the skunk!

So for some reason....lmao I started thinking about the State Farm commercial.
"Can I get a Hot Tub!" So like I said.....i'm still drunk from the night before and in my own lil world.So I asked State Farm to bring me a trout! And what do u know....





LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOO!! I know the jokes are coming but you know I can take them !!



"With Bob Barker!" I want a Catfish now ! Wham !!



Then I asked State Farm for the targeted fish I came for !



"With a new Girlfriend!" Wham !! I wanted a striper !!



LMAOOOOOOOO!! I'm over here laughing as I type this report.....

Well I cought 3 more lil schoolie stripers after that.I had to deal with strong winds on and off but it just made me a better fisherman,even though I CANT catch big fish!
