    Default Seccombe 5/8

After mothers day dinner and festivities with the fam bam, decided to get some fishing in to sooth the pain that was (is) the Lakers castrophe! Met up with Cotton909 at 5:20 or so. Fished the second bridge, and tied on a texas rigged, robo - pumpkin green. Cotton909 previously had success throwing a pig n jig in some long grass that you can see from the bridge. I decided to get that a try. First cast into the grass - BAM! Ended up with this one right here. We didn't stay long, ended up bailing a short time after to fish East Highlands ranch with a buddy of mine (skunked there.) Seccombe looks dead, but apparently they are hiding. :-)

    Default Seccombe lake

The bass and bluegill there have been thinned out alot since last year.Yes they are hiding but it is a challange to catch them now. Try different methods and you may catch 1 or2.
