    I recently did some google searches for chile verde recipes. Pretty complicated recipes for the most part, and you will probably have to shop at a Mexican market for the different chiles required. If you're making it with pork one recipe suggested starting with loin back ribs. Sounds good. I usually take the easy route and use canned sauce. Let me know how you do.

    Thanks for the reply 'Cartman' and yes it can be complicated but 'bassgrabber1' got me all set up for my cooking experience. It sounds easy but I think that I need to shop at a Mexican Market to get the right chiles, I will be cooking it this weekend for my wifes Birthday.
