Anyone have any info on a boat called Caribe?

The boat is called a Caribe and it looks a lot like a Boston Whaler but I can not find any information on it anywhere. Have any of you guy heard of it or know any information about it? It's a bout 14-15 feet long and the pink slip says "Caribe"

That's the only thing I could find too Nessie but it's nothing like the Caribe ribs.

I saw the boat & the pink slip but even the owner has no other information about it. I wanted to find out if it was foam filled like the boston whalers since it looked identically a like.

It was a nice looking boat but had a long crack underneath they were trying to hide with white paste. I'm not even sure if it was the right pink slip for the boat...who knows.
