Here's a simple chile verde salsa that my mom makes...

    7- 10 Green Tomatillos(little green tomatoes)
    1 clove of garlic
    1/4 Onion
    3-5 Chile Serana
    Cilantro
    Salt(for taste)

    Peel the tomatoes.
Boil the tomatoes, onion, garlic and chiles. It's ready when the tomatoes split open.
Put in blender with some of the water that was used to boil along with a hand full of cilantro and salt.
Blend. Taste. Put more water, salt if needed. I hope it comes out as good as my mom's. Enjoy.

Thanks 'Senor' and I will try it out. I grow all that stuff in my backyard all summer long.
