    Anybody ever used one of the poles for throwing a swimbait for bass...Lol hes a cheap skate but i told him i would ask people on the board so any info or so would help..

    it should be ok, but make sure he lines up line and lure weight with what he wants to throw. Probably wont be able to cast them as far if the action is off.
