i dont smoke marijuana or cigs,...but i think Cigs are worse. thats just IMO.

FACT - Cigarettes are

as I understand it if Prop19 where to pass and become law it wont have any effect on the current medical laws meaning all the dispensaries wont be effected and will continue to operate as they've been.
