Thread: Slaying Browns from Bishop to Bridgeport!!

Default Slaying Browns from Bishop to Bridgeport!!

Hey guys, this is my first thread on FNN. My boys and I love to go fishing up in the Eastern Sierra area near Bishop, Mammoth Lakes, and Bridgeport. We do some Rainbow, Brown, and Brook Trout fishing. Brown trout are probably the best fighters of the species. We were up there in June and got some nice Browns. Anyways, here are some pictures of our trip.

on rainbow and gold kastmaster, the string was cought next day from, lower twin lake(bridgeport)
most of the fish was cought by my 2 boys, little one lost a big one from rush creek
as you see in the pic.

I cought all my browns from eastern sierras, took me few years to find the honey holls
just a tip,if your after big brown, make sure use 2 lbs test and stay away from
the water, they get spooked very easy.
I hope this tips will help,

Caught, not cought. Wow! That red line under the word means you can't spell. Nice pics though.

I've caught my fair share, however, still prefer 4lb test.....And you're right, they are definitely spooky, but that's part of the allure..... when I say big, I mean DD big..... and I don't want to get it trolling.... so, the odds are definitely stacked up against me, but I'll keep trying...... Tight Lines!!
