Another great report. Looks like the bass is on the chew, but that is always the case for you and Lal.

    Very nice report Ron.
I like your new floatation device for catching lots of fishies. That is something I would be very interested in purchasing.
    Thanks for the pics,

    Hi marzocchi,

Thanks. It's all about Lal being able to put us on fish and our C & R which I truely believe keeps the population in some spots healthy and numberous.

    Hi DockRat,

Yep .... that's EXACTLY one BIG reason I got the Toon !! Had a yak and fished but it's so dang heavy and long !! This toon even has a fold-up wheel so you can pull it along like a rikishaw !!

They love plastics but I like to fly fish for the Bonito !!

    Hi murrieta angler,

I bought the boat here on FFN from a fellow FFNer. It came with a 12V trolling motor too so I can travel some distance pretty easily. Two anchors will keep me easily stable for casting and will add a stand-board for flyfishing from the transom. Plans .... oh yah .... got a bunch !!

In would be just the thing for some inland lakes too.

Went yesterday after work. Had 3 come unbuttoned on the bubble fly.
Landed 2, one on a chrome/green stripes. Kroc

One fish hit the 3" lime green fly and peeled line like a jack rabbit along the rocks and came off.

Bonehead ? Cuda ? YT ? Wahoo ? I dunno but it ran faster than any bonito I'd caught.
Best Drag Burner for 2010 but came off even with my tip held high ?

Talk about exciteing, Where is the FNN ers ?
You guys are missing out on some epic off the rocks fishing.
