Notable catches of the week...this week temperatures cooled down, but the bite didn't... saw alot of healthy Bass and even a few wipers being caught and released...

*Wipers will definately hit topwater similar to the Striped Bass. Wipers will hit similar LMB gear like crankbaits, jigs and will eat bait. What happens if I hook a bass and it dies? Do I dump it in the lake dead?
Largemouth Bass when caught using lures/bait rarely ever die (unless kept in livewells for a long time- And there's no need to do that here at the Vine). If a Bass/Wiper are "gutt hooked" cut the line and release it, the hooks will rust out in a period of time.
Even with the cooler temperatures coming to the Lake, Bill Nelson still scores a nice Irvine Lake Largemouth! Caught on a Texas Rig setup
