Fished yesterday from about 10 AM - 4:30 PM. Throwing the scrounger with a 4" white shad-looking plastic thing (no idea what it is called) on very light line was the ticket for the stripers. Ended up taking 5 home and had some last night.
Wind picked up just a bit in the afternoon which made the 108 temp bearable as long as the bite was on.
Only had a few small LMB but they were taking the 6" robo-worm, morning dawn (pink for most of us) on drop shot.
That's about it. Good luck out there everyone.
